Abstract

ABSTRAKKredit merupakan penghasilan atau pendapatan utama di sektor perbankan. Kredit Guna Bhakti menjadi produk unggul di Bank BJB, dan menjadi produk yang rentan mengalami masalah dalam pengembalian. Dalam meminimalisir kredit bermasalah, tahapan analisis kredit harus menerapkan prinsip 5C secara maksimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui imlementasi prinsip 5C dalam meminimalisir kredit bermasalah di Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Pembantu Banjaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode yang menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kalimat tertulis serta lisan dari objek yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan proses implementasi prinsip 5C dalam pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti di Bank BJB KCP Banjaran telah dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip yang ditetapkan. Dengan tingkat koletibilitas di kategori lancar, membuktikan bahwa Prinsip 5C dengan kredit bermasalah memiliki hubungan yang erat.ABSTRACTCredit serves as the primary source of income in the banking sector. To minimize problematic loans, the credit analysis stages must implement the 5C principles to the fullest extent. This research aims to understand the implementation of the 5C principles in minimizing problematic loans at Bank BJB Branch Office Banjaran. The method employed in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, utilizing descriptive data in the form of written and verbal sentences from the observed objects. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation process of the 5C principles in providing Kredit Guna Bhakti at Bank BJB KCP Banjaran has been carried out in accordance with the established principles. With a collectability level categorized as current, it is evidenced that the 5C principles are closely related to credit issues.
