Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study examined the influence of population growth, open unemployment rate, and population income on employment conditions in the Bireuen Regency using multiple linear regression analysis. The scope of this research was for 16 years (2006-2021). The regression tool used was Eviews 9. The results indicated that population growth did not have a positive and significant effect on employment conditions in Bireuen Regency, the open unemployment rate had a positive and significant effect on employment conditions in Bireuen Regency, and population income had a positive and significant effect on employment conditions in Bireuen Regency.
