Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Supervisor Support, and work engagement on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who worked as PNS at Jepara District. The analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS. The data collection method in this study used survey with questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that POS and supervisor support have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. In addition, work engagement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
