Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning, as well as to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in geography learning class X SMAN 1 Anjongan. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that geography learning is carried out online, teachers and students use learning applications such as whatsapp and google classroom. In the implementation of online geography learning, teachers often use whatsapp as a medium to share information and communicate with students and parents of students, while in delivering material and giving assignments using google classroom. The implementation of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in class X geography learning at SMAN 1 Anjongan was very good in accordance with government regulations through Circular Letter No. 15 of 2020 concerning the steps that must be taken by heads of education units, teachers and students in carrying out learning from home during the covid-19 pandemic. The obstacles faced in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class X geography learning at SMAN 1 Anjongan were unstable network conditions, economic conditions of students, difficulty understanding material, teacher and student cellphone errors due to memory overload. , and students are less active in the learning process, causing teachers to have difficulty measuring the extent to which students understand.Keywords : Analytics, Online Learning, Covid-19
