Requirements for good environmental health in a residential area are characterized by the availability of access to sanitation facilities. Muaro Lasak, Rimbo Kaluang Village, Padang City is a coastal area, as well as a tourist location in Padang City. The aim of the research was to determine the condition of sanitation facilities, healthy behavior, and the water quality in Muaro Lasak. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected to obtain complete data. The assessment indicators consist of waste disposal facilities, latrines and public facilities that support tourism, as well as water quality (pH, dissolved solids/TDS, and dissolved oxygen levels/DO) of the river that flows into Muaro Lasak.. The results of the research show that there are good latrines available in every resident's house and public latrines so that defecation is no longer in the sea. There are rubbish disposal facilities available but they are not functioning optimally. Regarding the quality of sea water, such as: the pH still meets the quality standard (6.38), the oxygen content (DO) is 3.35 ppm (moderately polluted), while the dissolved solids (TDS) still meets the quality standard at 892.75 ppm.
