Abstract
This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of the use of e-learning website Lampung State Polytechnic in the dimensions of Reliability, Certainty, Physical Appearance, Emphaty, and Responsiveness. Analysis was carried out with the aim of knowing the perceptions of e-learning users on e-learning performance, analyst results will be used as input in the process of developing and maintaining e-learning later.E-learning has been applied to the Informatics Management program at the Lampung State Polytechnic. The study population was Lampung State Polytechnic e-learning users, with a total sample of 82 respondents. The research method used is descriptive research. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Data processing uses validity test, reliability test, and qualitative analysis. The results of the validity test and reliability test show that all variables are valid and reliable, because the value of r count> r table. R table obtained is 0.217 with I± = 5%. The results of the qualitative analysis concluded that the respondents who were Strongly Disagree (STS) were 1%, Disagree (TS) as much as 5%, Enough Agree (CS) as much as 31%, Setuju (S) as much as 47%, and Strongly Agree (SS) as much as 17%. From the total results of the analysis of respondents to agree (S) and strongly agree (SS) a number of 64% to eat it can be concluded that the performance of e-learning is good.
