Abstract

Rubber plants are one of the Multi Purpose Tree Species (MPTS) plants that have advantages for farmers. Rubber plants can be grown in agroforestry, as is the case with the Rumbio Village Farmers Group which grows rubber plants using the agroforestry system. The method used in this study is a survey method in the form of interviews with the help of questionnaires to the heads of farmer groups and farmers and field observations of Rubber Business Management for the next 25 years, the total profit is Rp. 3,741,203,000 with an average of Rp. 149,648.12 per year. In general, the rubber business that is feasible to be cultivated as an alternative to the main livelihood of farmers, while the results of the financial analysis are the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 1,469,988,939, Value of Benefit Cost Ratio, which has a value of > 1 which is 2.25 The IRR calculation shows that rubber farming is feasible 15.84%
