The Madrasah Principal is an educational leader who has a very big role and is responsible for the educational process and also developing the character of teachers in the madrasah. Therefore, the author raised this research to analyze the leadership style of Madrasas at MTsN 5 North Aceh in forming teacher characters. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Technique the researcher's data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique is data reduction. The results of the research show that: The Madrasah Head's Leadership Style on the Formation of Teacher Character at MTsN 5 North Aceh is a democratic leadership style. The Impact of this Leadership Style on the Formation of Social Character of Teachers at MTsN 5 North Aceh shows a leadership attitude that is caring and oriented towards madrasa development, task assignments are carried out fairly, by ensuring that each individual accepts responsibility according to their abilities and roles. However, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of teacher character at MTsN 5 North Aceh, namely supporting factors, namely adequate teacher finances, adequate infrastructure and good personal relationships, which are created by teachers with fellow teachers, employees, parents, guardians, students and the surrounding community. Inhibiting factors come from several factors, can come from the teacher himself, or can come from factors outside the teacher such as students or from the teacher's work environment

This research was conducted in Purwadana Village, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, to determine the influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of village apparatus simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study is 76 village employees and Village Community Institutions (LKD) in the Purwadana village area. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The Effect of the Influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Performance of the Purwadana Village Apparatus, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency. A partial test (t-test) was carried out to prove hypocrisy The research on the influence of the village head's leadership style on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang Regency that the and also the sig were 0.001 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telujkambe district, Karawang regency. 2) The influence of work culture on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency that the and also the sig is 0.000 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjanve district, Karawang regency. 3) The influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency. The leadership style of the village head is very important to the performance of the village apparatus because one of the factors that influence performance is the leadership style. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the Village Head on the performance of the Village Apparatus, to determine the performance of the Village Apparatus and the inhibiting factors of the Village Head's leadership style. The problems are the lack of human resources seeing how important roles and responsibilities are in providing services to the community but have not been able to respond optimally to community needs, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and some village officials are still late coming to the office and even leaving the village office. Before working hours end. To approach this problem, the theoretical reference from Rivai includes authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles and aspects from Dwiyanto which include productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Data were collected based on data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively with a descriptive nature. The results showed that the leadership style used by the Village Head was a democratic leadership style seen from the decision making the Village Head always held deliberation, the Village Head was also very open to criticism and suggestions, the ability of the Village Head to motivate the Village Apparatus and the communication that was established with the two village heads. Direction. It's just that there are still inhibiting factors in improving the performance of the apparatus, namely the lack of Human Resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the low level of discipline of the Village Apparatus.

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Loyalty of Tobungin Village Officials, Tinangkung Selatan District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative qualitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 16 people. The type of data in this study is primary data. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Tobungin Village Officials. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 10,293 + 0,593 X, this shows a positive and unidirectional relationship. Calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.510 this value shows the closeness relationship between the independent variables, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style (X) with the dependent variable, namely the loyalty of village officials (Y) which is quite strong. The coefficient of determination (????2) is 0.260%, this figure indicates that the contribution of the independent variable, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style (X) to the dependent variable (Y) is 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Testing the hypothesis shows that the t value is 2.216 > from the t table is 2.145. This proves the independent variable, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style, has a significant (significant) effect on the loyalty variable of village officials

Leadership style is a leader's behavior that is used by someone when they want to influence the people they lead. The potential that exists in District, Pesawaran Regency is very large, but the utilization of all existing potentials is still not optimal in its empowerment. The village head's leadership style determines how to optimize the empowerment of the potentials that exist in the village. This is what makes researchers interested in choosing Sukaraja Village as a research location. The purpose of this study was to find out the leadership style of the village head in building community participation in infrastructure development in District, Pesawaran Regency in 2020. The research method used by researchers was qualitative research. The techniques used in collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and verification. He results of the research and discussion of the village head's leadership style in building community participation in District, Pesawaran Regency in 2020 can be concluded as follows: (1) The village head has a Laissez Faire leadership style. (2) The village head uses the concept of interpersonal roles and informational to build community participation. (3) The output of the village head's leadership style in building community participation in his village, is that the potential of natural resources is managed and the potential for human resources is quite good but not optimal. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the level of self-motivation of teachers on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. The purpose of this study is to (1) Gain an understanding of the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the impact of teacher self-motivation on the performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. (2) Determine the extent to which the leadership style of the Madrasah Head has an impact on the classroom performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. (3) Determine the extent to which self-motivated teachers have an impact on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok (4) Being aware of the impact that the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the level of self-motivation of teachers have on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. By utilizing SPSS for Windows 23, descriptive analysis and inductive analysis are used in the process of data analysis. The study's findings show that the Madrasah Head's leadership style significantly impacts MIN 7 South Solok teachers' performance. At MIN 7 South Solok, teachers' self-motivation has a significant effect on their performance. At MIN 7 South Solok, the Madrasah Head's leadership style and teachers' self-motivation work together to impact their performance significantly.

Background : Leadership style plays a crucial role in determining nurse performance, particularly in inpatient settings, which require high levels of cooperation, discipline, and motivation. The effectiveness of nursing services in hospitals is greatly influenced by how the ward manager leads their team. A leadership style that fails to foster motivation and support can hinder optimal performance.Aim : This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership style of ward heads and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. The scope of the study includes identifying the dominant leadership style and its influence on nurses' behavior and work performance.Methods: This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design using questionnaires distributed to inpatient nurses. Leadership style was measured with a validated instrument, and nurse performance was assessed using standard hospital performance indicators.Result: The study results showed that most nurses working under ward leaders with a democratic leadership style tended to have better performance. Analysis using the chi-square test showed a significant correlation (p < 0.039) between the ward leader's leadership style and nurse performance. These findings indicate that a democratic leadership style can improve nurse performance in terms of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and high quality of service.Conclusion: There is a relationship between the ward head's leadership style and the performance of nurses. A communicative, supportive, and participatory leadership style can create a positive work environment and improve the quality of nursing services.

The role of the Madrasa Head as a central figure in the educational environment is very important in an institution, so that the leadership and supervision style of the Madrasah Head makes a positive contribution to the professionalism teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Putra al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. The aims of this study are 1) To determine the leadership style of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri, West Lombok. 2) To find out the Madrasah Head’s implementation of the supervision at Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. 3) To find out the Madrasah Head’s contribution of the leadership style and supervision in increasing the professionalism teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. This research is a qualitative research, while the data obtained in this study were the head of the Madrasah, the teachers, and several students of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri, West Lombok. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and observation. The conclusions of this thesis research are 1) The leadership style of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Putra al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri in improving teacher professionalism uses a democratic leadership style which means that they are happy to receive suggestions, ideas and criticism from subordinates, communicate policies and problems, build work teams as a family. 2) The supervision carried out by the Madrasah Head in improving teacher professionalism is in a Collaborative form, and 3) The leadership and supervision style of the Madrasah Head makes a significant contribution in increasing the professionalism teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. Based on the conclusions of the research, the Head of Madrasah should make an effort and be committed to developing personal performance (especially teachers) towards the expected professionalism, to create all of this, Madrasah leaders must pay attention to Collaborative Democracy Leadership Style (Collaborative Democracy).

The role of a leader has a relationship with the performance and success of implementing nurses. Effective leaders can influence in various ways with their leadership style. Leaders provide direction and goals to members with their leadership style. Leadership style is able to influence, be smart in encouraging, motivating, and facilitating their subordinates so that their goals are achieved. According to Lippits and K. White, there are 3 leadership styles, namely authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire. This leadership style influences the loyalty of a implementing nurse's performance in implementing nursing care which can be seen in the quality of service provided to patients. Quantitative research, correlational design. Cross-sectional approach measuring the independent variable of the ward head's leadership style and the dependent variable of the implementing nurse's performance and the relationship between the ward head's leadership style and the implementing nurse's performance were carried out once at the same time. The results of the research showed that the majority of democratic leadership styles were 116 respondents (81.1%), the performance of the majority of nurses was in the good category as many as 118 respondents (82.5%), and the relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room and the performance of the implementing nurses in the chi square test with a p value of 0.533 > alpha (0.05), then Ho = There is no relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room and the performance of implementing nurses at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. For implementing nurses who still have the performance of implementing nurses in the sufficient category, they should increase their self-motivation to be more responsible in carrying out their duties as nurses which is part of their work profession.

The results of this study are: 1) The leadership style of the madrasa head in dealing with conflict between the madrasa head and teachers is a democratic leadership style with a collaborative conflict resolution strategy. 2) The leadership style of the madrasa head in dealing with conflicts between teachers and teachers is a democratic leadership style with compromise/negotiation conflict resolution strategies. 3) The leadership style of the madrasa principal in dealing with conflicts between students and students is a democratic leadership style with a collaborative conflict resolution strategy.

The purpose of this study is understanding the effects of hotel kitchen department head's leadership style on chef's affirmative involvement and providing effective human resources management data of hotel restaurant kitchen organization by examining the moderating effects of chef's personality type (A type / B type) in leadership style and affirmative involvement relationship. The targets of this study were 391 chefs who worked for 1 year and longer at a five-star hotel in Seoul and questionnaire survey was conducted in February 2020. First, hotel kitchen department head's leadership styles had been classified based on the theory of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership and all three leadership styles have been found to have significant influence on affirmative involvement. Second, the moderating effects of personality type in the influencing relationship between hotel kitchen department head's leadership style and chef's affirmative involvement have been found as the following. Transformational leadership and servant leadership have influence on affirmative involvement of both personality types and transactional leadership has been found to influence the affirmative involvement of B personality type. As a result of verifying the moderating effects of personality type, the moderating effects of personality type have been found to play the role of meaningful moderating variable in the influencing relationship between leadership style and affirmative involvement

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Village Head's Leadership Style in Increasing Community Participation in Drainage Infrastructure Development in Ampibabo in Ampibabo Village, Ampibabo District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach; purposive informant determination technique; data collection through observation, interviews, documentation; and data analysis techniques using interactive models, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the Village Head's Leadership Style in Increasing Community Participation in Drainage Infrastructure Development in Ampibabo in Ampibabo Village, Ampibabo District, Parigi Moutong Regency has been implemented but has not been optimal. This can be seen in the instructive and consultative leadership styles, both of which have been implemented well. While the participation and delegation leadership styles have not been implemented as expected. The village head is expected to be able to encourage the community to participate so that drainage development runs quickly and smoothly for the progress of Ampibabo Village development. In addition, village officials (subordinates) can also increase their knowledge through formal and informal education so that the delegation given by the village head can be understood so that the task runs well.

Leadership style is a method used by leaders to interact with their subordinates. Work motivation is the encouragement to direct subordinates to work productively to realize the goals that have been set. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the village head's leadership style on the work motivation of village officials in Lendang Nangka Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach, namely research in which the population in this research is the Lendang Nangka Village Apparatus of 20 people. The sample in this study used a non-probability saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 20 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was used to obtain respondents' responses regarding the Leadership Style variable and Work Motivation variable. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this research was using Simple Linear Regression analysis contained in the SPSS v.20 program. The results of this research are that the Village Head's Leadership Style significantly influences the Work Motivation of Village Officials with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With a Regression Coefficient for the Leadership Style Variable (X) of 0.417 with a sig value of 0.001, it illustrates that the Village Head's Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on the Work Motivation of Village Officials, meaning that by implementing a good Village Head Leadership Style it will increase the work motivation of village officials in working. , so that the performance of village officials increases.

This research aimed to describe organizational cultural and style of leadership, analyzing organizational culture pursuant to style of leadership, analyzing organizational cultural influence to performance of lecture, and analyzing the direct and indirect influence of leadership style to the Private University lecturers’ performance. In taking the sample it uses multi stages of sampling with amount of sample as much 280 lectures. Data collecting uses questioner, interview and detection of relevant document; while analysis of data uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of research indicate that: style of authority leadership have a negativity effect and significant to organizational culture; style of democratic leadership and laissez faire have positive effect and significant to organizational culture; style of democratic and authoritarian leadership have a positive effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; style of leadership laissez faire have a negative effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; organizational cultural have a positive effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; leadership authority and democratic style indirectly influence positively and significant to the lecturers’ performance; and leadership style of laissez faire indirectly negatively influences the lecturers’ performance.

<p>This article aims to explain the principles of leadership styles of madrasah heads in enhancing the quality of Islamic education in Lhokseumawe City. It turns out that the leadership of madrasah heads has a significant impact on the functioning of the madrasah leadership. The madrasah head plays a direct role in developing Islamic educational institutions through leadership characteristics, leader types, leader functions, and leader activities during their tenure as madrasah heads. A quantitative research method with a phenomenological approach is considered capable of addressing various issues in the research problem formulation. It simultaneously analyzes data obtained from observations, interviews, and in-depth documentation to find answers to the research problem. The research findings reveal that the leadership styles of madrasah heads can be divided into two categories: democratic leadership style and autocratic leadership style. The first principle of leadership style involves giving responsibilities and authority to all parties, encouraging active involvement in the organization. Members are given opportunities to provide suggestions, recommendations, and criticisms for the progress of the organization. The second principle, the autocratic leadership style, positions a leader as the source of policies.</p>
