Abstract

Maternal mortality can be lowered by routinely doing ANC. Satisfaction is important in health. ANC satisfaction is an important thing to research because it is to improve the quality of pregnancy examination services in hospitals so that patients reuse and perform ANC regularly. The approach used in descriptive research is cross sectional with accidental sampling techniques for sampling. The study sample was 91 pregnant women. The results of the study obtained determinants of ANC service satisfaction at The Polyclinic Obsgyn RSU Islam Klaten are the quality of service (p value 0.003), facilities (pvalue 0.040), costs (pvalue 0.038) and attitude (pvalue 0.022) while factors that do not correlate with the satisfaction of ANC services in Polyclinic RSU Islam Klaten are age (pvalue 0.060), education (pvalue 0.218), employment (0.674), parity (pvalue 0.276) and waiting time (pvalue 0.834). The conclusion of this study is the most dominant factor against the satisfaction of ANC services in Polyclinic Obsgyn RSU Islam Klaten is the quality of service (pvalue 0.002 (α = 0.05)) and respondents who get poor service quality are at risk of 4,997 times dissatisfied with THE ANC services carried out at the Polyclinic Obsgyn Klaten General Hospital.
