Abstract
This study was conducted in August 2013 in one of the paddy production centers in Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency . The method are descriptive and multiple regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable are acreage variables, GKP prices, seed prices, NPK prices, urea prices, SP36 prices, pesticide price and quantity of paddy production. While the dependent variable is paddy farming profits . This study aims to analyze how much profit the household paddy farmers and the factors that affect the rate of benefit paddy farming . The results showed that the average profit household paddy farmers in Buay Madang Timur District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency Rp.13.431.000,- on MT I/MHI, MTII/MK I Rp. 10.982.000 ,- and on MT III/MK II Rp. 6.871.000.- /hectare. While the factors that affect the profitability of paddy farming are acreage, price GKP, Urea prices, pesticides and the amount of paddy production. Keywords : paddy farming, profit factor
