Abstract
ABSTRACT Business ethics in Islamic finance framework the material-quantitative and immaterial-qualitative elements are integrated into a unified whole within business operations. The confidentiality of trade secrets held by a company is a crucial asset. Violation of trade secrets can be committed by insiders (company personnel) or by competing firms. Breaching trade secrets is certainly not permissible from the perspective of Sharia business ethics. This paper aims to further highlight the aspect of breaches of trade secrets from the perspective of Sharia business ethics. Utilizing a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The work conducted by all company organs within the realm of Sharia business ethics has a direct correlation with elements of piety and mandates the practice of honesty, trustworthiness, and non-betrayal. ABSTRAK Etika bisnis syari’ah membingkai unsur material-kuantitatif dan imaterial-kualitatif menjadi satu kesatuan dalam kegiatan usaha. Rahasia jual beli yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan merupakan aset penting. Pelanggaran rahasia jual beli dapat dilakukan oleh orang dalam (organ perusahaan) atau oleh perusahaan kompetitor. Pelanggaran rahasia jual beli tentu tidak diperkenankan dalam perspektif etika bisnis syari’ah. Kertas kerja ini akan menyoroti secara lebih jauh aspek pelanggaran rahasia jual beli dalam perspektif etika bisnis syari’ah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh seluruh organ perusahaan dalam perspektif etika bisnis syari’ah memiliki keterkaitan langsung dengan unsur ketauhidan dan wajib mengamalkan unsur kejujuran, sikap amanah serta tidak khianati.
