Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of tourist attraction, promotion, price, tourist facilities, and service quality on tourists' intention to return to the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. The samples taken in this study were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that tourist attraction and service quality have a positive and significant effect on tourists' intention to return to the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction, while promotions, prices and service facilities have a positive but not significant effect on tourists' intention to return to tourist attractions. Jember Mini Zoo and simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on tourists' interest in revisiting the Jember Mini Zoo tourist attraction.
