Abstract

ABSTRACT Lymph nodes, bones, lungs, liver, and the peritoneum are common sites for bladder cancer metastasis. Skeletal muscle involvement is rare. We report the case of a 55-year-old male who has a poorly differentiated carcinoma of the urinary bladder with multiple skeletal muscle metastases.
