Abstract

A 52-year-old Chinese woman presented at our clinic with abdominal pain, which was worse when she was hungry, and abdominal fullness. Her appetite was preserved, and she had no weight loss, melena, or hematochezia. Personal and family histories were unremarkable. Physical examination findings were normal as were serum hematological and biochemical laboratory values. EGD showed large gastric mucosal folds associated with many shiny rice-like pustule-appearing lesions that were distributed over the gastric body on the greater curvature side (A, B).
