Abstract
Abstract Snake bite is a common problem faced by healthcare professionals in almost every part of India. Few professions are relatively at high risk for the same particularly field workers. Due to rapidity of action of snake venom, immediate analysis of presenting symptoms & administration of treatment as per protocols greatly improves mortality as well as morbidity. Any variation of symptoms & signs being reported greatly enhances the knowledge & thereby helps in planning the therapy. We report an unusual presentation of snake bite where the manifestations were in variation with usual & this had significant treatment repercussions.
