Abstract

Objective To provide scientific support for logical medication use by analyzing the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the relevant factors. Methods 100 cases of adverse drug reactions were analyzed retrospectively and statistically. Results Of 100 cases of adverse reactions, 87% occurred in the patients aged 31 or older. Damage of the skin and its accessories was 30%; intravenous administrationinduced reactions was 82%; Of 150 medications with reactions, antibiotics was 65%, followed by traditional Chinese medicine injection accounting for 10%. Conclusions The occurrence of adverse drug reactions is associated with a variety of factors. We should pay attention to monitoring and report of such reactions to reduce or avoid the incidence and to ensure the safe use of medications.
