Abstract
Details are given of a cascade connected, modular, linear power amplifier operating at 27-12 MHz and suitable for dielectric heating applications. The prototype is capable of delivering 300 Watts and employs RF MOSFETs in two cascaded push-pull power amplifiers. Circuit construction is described and recommendations for higher power performance are given..
