Abstract
Ontology-based knowledge representation techniques are used today as well-proven tools supporting decision making. The paper proposes OWL ontology which accumulates knowledge about cognitive functions and methods for assessing cognitive functions. A brief overview of using the ontologies capabilities for representation of knowledge about cognitive functions assessment methods is given. An idea of the structure of ontology is presented. A certain set of class expression axioms and object property axioms also are given. The ontology is implemented in the Protégé 5.2 environment.
