Abstract

Studies on the structure and functions of ecotechnical systems (domestic animal farms) revealed that there is an interrupted turnover of matter which does not allow to apply the well known ecological method for comparison of the amounts of chemical elements of lithospheric origin in the biomass according to their klarcks in the lithospheric zone. Analysis of both basic components at the input of an ecotechnical system—fodder and drinking water—showed that the water is a considerable source of biogenic and toxic chemical elements of lithospheric origin. On the basis of these studies an objective method for assessment of the movement of chemical elements in anthropogenic ecosystems was developed by using a new criterion: klarck of concentration (Kc), determined after integral evaluation of the amounts of chemical elements introduced through the fodder and water. By using a mathematical model it is possible to predict the quality of bioproducts used for food of human beings based also on the content of biogenic and toxic chemical elements of lithospheric origin.
