Abstract

An MC68000 microprocessor CAMAC system has been designed for accurate nuclear magnetic resonance signal measurements. The system works as a fast signal averager and allows optimization of noise suppression. The processor software is controlled by a minicomputer which sees the MC68000 as a normal CAMAC module. The processor front-bus can be extended to several interface modules. Several of these processor systems can be installed in a CAMAC crate for parallel processing.
