Abstract
In March 2018, Dynamite Entertainment published a graphic novel adaptation of Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel, Casino Royale. In the following interview, author Van Jensen speaks to Ellen J. Stockstill about the process of adapting Fleming's novel, some of the challenges of working with an iconic character like James Bond, Fleming's writing style, Bond's cultural relevance, and the ways in which Fleming's legacy lives on in different media.
