Abstract

One of the many important issues in the graduate training of M.A. psychology students concerns their supervised clinical experience. This paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, and potential improvements of an intership supervision seminar for full-time second-year graduate student interns enrolled in a terminal M.A. program. The seminar combines elements of the traditional course and case conference with those of the peer supervision group to provide students with enhanced opportunities for professional development.
