Abstract

AbstractThe results of the research conducted showed the integrative model formation ofmusic art teacher’s professional training by means of innovation technologies isa complex process due to the abundance of variables that should be taken intoaccount both in the curriculum and at the individual level. It has been found thatthe application of the integrative model benefits both students and teachers in thefollowing way: establishing a reliable two-way relationship between a teacher anda student; developing practical skills as future music art teachers in the integrationof innovative pedagogical technologies; developing the ability to apply them inmusic and pedagogical activities with students; encouraging active and purposefulintellectual and creative activity with the help of a computer; improving students’training forasmuch as the curriculum integrates different topics into a single lecturein which the teacher observes how students actually learn; enhancing engagement asintegrated thematic blocks make teaching and learning more interesting for teachersand students; providing opportunities for self-expression as students have ampleopportunities to demonstrate their potential as future music art teachers.Key words: innovation technologies; integrative model; music art; professionaltraining; teacher.---SažetakRezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je integracijski model osposobljavanja učiteljaglazbene umjetnosti korištenjem novih tehnologija složeni proces s obzirom na mnogevarijable koje se moraju uzeti u obzir i u kurikulu i na individualnoj razini. Pokazalose da primjena integracijskoga modela korisna i studentima i nastavnicima nasljedeći način: stvaranje pouzdanoga dvosmjernog odnosa između nastavnika istudenta; razvoj praktičnih vještina kod budućih učitelja glazbene umjetnosti uintegraciji inovativnih pedagoških tehnologija; razvoj sposobnosti primjene istih uglazbi i u nastavnih aktivnostima sa studentima; poticanje aktivnih i svrsishodnihintelektualnih i kreativnih aktivnosti pomoću računala; poboljšanje osposobljavanjastudenata u mjeri u kojoj kurikul integrira različite teme unutar predavanja pri čemunastavnik promatra kako studenti zapravo uče; poticanje angažiraAleksandarStojadinovićnosti s obziromna to da integrirani tematski blokovi čine učenje i poučavanje interesantnijim i zaučenike i za nastavnike; nudi mogućnosti za samo izražavanje s obzirom na to dastudenti imaju dovoljno prilika za demonstraciju vlastitih potencijala kao budućiučitelji glazbene umjetnosti.Ključne riječi: glazbena umjetnost; integracijski model; nastavnik; nove tehnologije;profesionalno osposobljavanje.
