(Bill) Lee is Director of Educational Research and Development at the American Heart Association national headquarters in Dallas, Texas. He is also the principal consultant for his own consulting group, Educational Technologies Consultants and freelances for several other consulting groups and specializes in measurement and evaluation, e-learning, media analysis, instructional design, human performance improvement, and organizational change. Bill is on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas at Dallas. He has completed consulting engagements with the country of Singapore, General Motors Education and Training, Verizon Telecommunications, EDS, and Digital Think. Bill has been employed by American Airlines, EDS, ElectroCom Automation, Ferranti Educational Systems, Penn State University, Virginia State University, and Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He received his PhD in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design from Penn State University. Bill coauthored two books on multimedia instructional design, the second of which has been translated into Korean, Japanese, and two dialects of Chinese. He is also coauthor of a book on organizational change, author of numerous articles, and a speaker at regional, national, and international conferences.
