Abstract

ABSTRACT This article presents a letter previously absent from Wesley Studies publications, written by Mary (Goldhawk/Vazeille) Wesley, the wife of Rev. John Wesley, to her brother-in-law Rev. Charles Wesley in May 1752. The letter provides striking evidence of the tensions current between the writer and the recipient.
