Abstract

Each person with his or her needs is opposed by another with own needs and interests. As a result, the behavior of one or most individuals depends on the consciousness and behavior of others. Connected with cyclical interdependence, where the action of a person is both a cause and a consequence of the reverse actions of another person, such social interaction of individuals forms a stable system of social relations. The result of such interaction is social relations in civil society. Social relations associated with specific vital interests of individualized persons are configured into legal, i.e. filled with the content obligatory for the parties (mutual rights and obligations). Participants of legal relations: Individual and Legal Entity. An individual (person) is a biological individual with consciousness, will and intellect. In the process of social development, complication of legal relations in which he/she participates, a person creates a fiction of himself/herself, an artificial formation, that is a LEGAL entity. Through the granting of rights and obligations that an individual has, a legal entity also becomes a participant of civil relations along with the individual. Consciousness, will and intelligence of an individual form his/her LEGAL PERSONALITY.
