Abstract

This paper proposes an individual blade pitch control strategy of FOWT(floating offshore wind turbine). We established a multi-degree of freedom coupling dynamics model of FOWT under complex sea conditions, the relative wind speed in the disturbance of wave and wind was obtained. The power control unit based on RBFNN balances the wind rotor and achieves the purpose of stable output power wind turbines. RBFNN control unit optimizes was unified unit angle signal of power control through finetune real pitch angle, and it was achieved the purpose of relieving fatigue loads and pitching degree of floating base. The results show that the strategy can effectively achieve the output power stability of FOWT, it was reduced the pitch motion of FOWT and pitch load of foundation.
