Abstract
This paper describes the design, development and testing of a compact Analog Modulator Unit that can be used to generate different modulated waveforms of analog type from a given input signal. Bulk hardware of the Unit consists of some of the latest available linear and digital ICs like Timers, OP Amps, Waveform Generators, counters etc. It is expected that the unit designed possesses immense training potential in the laboratories and the design may also find appropriate use in developing low-power transmitters involving Analog modulation techniques.
