Abstract

In this paper the Rosenblum-Ghausi multiparameter statistical measure [1] is extended for the more general case where instead of circuit element changes we consider complex parameter variations. The generalization is especially useful in the case of active two-ports described by complex matrix parameters as well as in some cases for comparison of active <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">RC</tex> networks and consideration of active block "criticalness." Examples of applying the extended measure are given.
