Abstract
In this paper, an extended simplified sub-entire domain (ExSSED) basis function method is presented. Its advantage is that it can further reduce the number of unknowns over the original one. Several numerical examples are given to validate its accuracy. Good agreement between the results using the proposed method and those by the method of moments and original simplified sub-entire domain basis function method is achieved.
