Abstract

The Bose-Einstein statistics and the Bose-Einstein condensation(BEC) of biexcitons in CuCl are examined by the spectral shape analysis of the M-band and the phase-conjugation (PC) spectroscopy. It is found that the PC signal intensity increases when the total density of biexcitons exceeds the critical density for the BEC. 100 % increase of the PC signal intensity is established under the supply of biexcitons incoherently.
