Abstract

In this “enterview” conducted by Robert Henderson, Christophe Le Mouël talks about his initial discovery of Jungian psychology as a teenager living in France, and describes how it helped him make sense of his own experience of the unconscious, as first expressed through poetry. He became a physicist in France before relocating to the United States, where he now serves as the executive director of the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles. He is currently in the midst of training in Zürich to become a professional Jungian analyst, and he provides personal reflections on the future of Jungian psychology, the question of artificial intelligence, and the status of Jung in France.
