Abstract

The high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education is affected by the differences in the allocation of educational resources. This paper takes primary education in Pudong New District as the research object, and uses TOPSIS Model of entropy weight method to evaluate and analyze the allocation of educational resources in each school district. The research shows that the level of teaching conditions in each school district of Pudong is equal, but there are obvious differences in the level of teachers and balanced development. The overall difference in the allocation of high-quality resources is large. Relatively high-quality school districts are mainly concentrated in the middle and West, while the north, East and South are relatively weak. Improving the allocation of educational resources can expand the radiation of high-quality resources to the surrounding weak areas; In weak areas, high-quality schools should be added to improve the construction of teachers.
