Abstract
Educational resources have always been the focus of the public. Improving the allocation of educational resources in schools is also the direction that relevant researchers pay attention to. It is also an important guarantee to promote the further development of domestic innovative and entrepreneurial colleges and universities and to integrate with the international community. Based on the traditional allocation of educational resources, this paper uses the user interest model to conduct in-depth research, so as to propose the optimal allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship educational resources, fundamentally change the current concept of educational resource allocation in colleges and universities, and also improve the allocation of some basic educational resources. This experiment uses the current popular user interest model for research, explores the problems of current educational resources, proposes a specific way of optimizing the allocation of educational resources, improves the problems existing between different educational resources, and enables the further development of education-related industries in my country. The experimental results show that the user interest model method should be used to deepen the reform. The data before the experiment are 0.17 and 0.35, respectively, while the values after the simulation experiment are 0.15 and 0.29. The innovation and entrepreneurship education resource allocation mechanism can improve the effectiveness of educational resource allocation. Ensure the optimization of the allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources.
