Abstract

This study look at the relationship among work and family conflict and work life integration among the academic migrants of higher educational institutions in Bengaluru. A drop-off survey was conducted with the help of well-structured questionnaire (5-point likert scale). The data was tested for the reliability and then conducted Factor Analysis (FA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) followed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings shows that, though there are significant differences in some of the conflicts associated both in Family and Work conflicts, still there are significant empirical evidences that there is an impact on each other. These findings may contribute for the policy makers to well adjust some of the comestibles for the better family and work balancing among the faculty.
