Abstract

In the contextual of strategic human resource practice (SHRP), the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among SHRP, organizational dynamic capabilities and innovation performance in small and medium-sized firms via multilevel questionnaires. Empirical results from a sample of 112 Chinese firms indicate that SHRP has a positive impact on firms' innovation performance. Organizational dynamic capabilities have significantly mediated the relationship between SHRP and innovation performance. The study points out?? that SHRP practices distinctly enhance organizational dynamic capabilities, and then through organizational dynamic capabilities to enhance management and technological innovation performance.
