Abstract

An asynchronous e-learning system that aggregates educational contents on a server and distributes them to students is widely used for the purpose of self-learning. Recently, synchronous e-learning, which enables students to attend a lecture from remote locations and learn interactively through real-time communication, has become more popular. In our work, we apply the combination of these e-learning systems to an advanced information systems architect education by PBL (Project-Based Learning). This paper describes our design and implementation of the blended e-learning style course on an analysis process of information systems development. Also, we report the result of the practice and educational effect.
