Abstract

Due to creating several strategic benefits to individual, group, organisations as well as nations, the knowledge sharing needs to be further studied to better understand its implications and determining factors. Organisations justice is an important concept that affects knowledge sharing in organisation, which in turn influences innovation capabilities of the organisations. This study focuses on organisational justice and investigates its role on the knowledge sharing and explores the impact of knowledge sharing on innovation capability of the organisations. The research model along with hypotheses is developed from the related literature and tested based on the data collected through a survey method on three organisations in Adana in Turkey. Results confirm hypothesized the influence of organisational justice on the knowledge sharing. The effect of knowledge sharing on innovation capability constitutes another finding of this study. The implications of the study were discussed in the conclusion part of the study.
