The students were divided into two groups, 25 in the experimental group and 25 in the control group. The electronic written expression test and the proposed electronic program for developing electronic written expression skills were used in the study, the quasi-experimental method was also used in the study, which included a pre and post measurement of each of the electronic written expression skills and achievement in the English language. The results showed the effectiveness of the training program. There were differences between the scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in each of the electronic written expression skills tests and achievement levels in the English language, in favor of the students in the experimental group.
