Abstract
With the increasing production of wasted glass in China, the recycling of glass is becoming more and more significant. Recycled broken glass must be color-recycled, and the key issues for color separation of glass are color recognition and sorting of glass in different color. Utilizing the TCS3200D color sensor to distinguish the color of broken glass and setting the algorithm according to its optical characteristics, as well as using a mechanical module with vibration separation, to export broken glass to the conveyor belt in order, and then by the ordering of MCU, pneumatic solenoid valve control the high-pressure jet device to sort the broken glass. At the same time, the human-computer interactive image processing technology based developed by LabVIEW is used to set up the human-computer interactive interface, so as to maximize recycling.
