Abstract
An automatic gain control system is described. The binary information in the ADC of the multi-channel PHA is transferred to an analog error signal and fed back to the ramp generator of the ADC. The system parameters were determined using feedback theory, and were compared with experimental results. The performances as expected were obtained.
