Abstract
Aiming at the problems of project duplication and evaluation expert selection in scientific research project management, we propose an association analysis system of scientific research projects based on SOA multi-layered architecture. In this system, we implement project similarity analysis module, evaluation expert selection module, hot topic analysis module, etc, using Chinese information extraction, Chinese semantic analysis and association analysis. The system solves issues of setting up scientific research projects, which provides decision support for project supervisors.
