Abstract

An economical and efficient denitration catalyst is important to protect the atmospheric environment. Cordierite was selected as the carrier of denitration catalyst and modified by green surfactant. And explore its saturated adsorption curve, surface tension and zeta potential. Explore the effect of acid-base environment on the denitration effect of catalyst. The optimal green surfactant modified cordierite catalyst was screened by SCO(Selective Catalytic Oxidation) reaction. And explore the denitration effect of green surfactant cooperative metal Supported cordierite catalyst. The modified catalyst was characterized by XRD, FTIR and BET pore size detection, and the denitration mechanism was analyzed. Experimental results: (1) The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the green surfactant was 0.04%; (2) The optimum concentration of green surfactant modified cordierite catalyst is 0.04%, and the optimal green surfactant is TEP. (3) The change of acid-base environment has an effect on the denitration efficiency, and the closer to its pHpzc value, the stronger the denitration performance; (4) The denitration rate of TEP synergistic Mn modified cordierite catalyst was 98%.
