JOFFE, PH.D. is a Pharmacologist with the U.S. Government Civil Service. He is presently engaged in Scientific Administration of Medical Research Directorate Contract Program. He received the Ph.D. degree from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Joffe is a Fellow of Ohio State University 46–49, and he received the Legion of Merit Award for Military Service Work in Aviation Physiology.
