Abstract

The rationality and effectiveness of classroom interaction behavior directly influence the effects of the classroom teaching, so it is important to analyze teacher-student interaction in higher education. This study combined the PORTAAL classroom teaching evaluation system and proposed a University Technology-based Interaction Analysis System (UTIAS), which selected the teaching videos of traditional classroom and smart classroom as the analyzing object. The analysis results show that: as a quantitative analysis system, UTIAS reflects the rich connotation of teacher-student interaction in a more comprehensive and detailed manner, demonstrates the effect of teachers in promoting students' active learning. The study can contribute to analysis, reflection and research issues in the teaching process, it will provide a strong support for teaching reform and professional development of teachers in higher education.
