Abstract

With the early detection of lung malignant tumors in thoracic surgery, segmentectomy has become a new surgical method in thoracic surgery, which requires thoracic surgeons to have a clear understanding of the structure of the lung segment and blood supply to ensure the smooth operation of the operation. In this study, the vascular pattern of the right middle lobe artery was classified into detailed arterioles for the first time using three-dimensional Computed Tomography Bronchography and Angiography (3D-CTBA) to analyze the changes in the vascular pattern of the right middle lobe artery in detail.
