An Analysis of the Identification of College Students’ Values at Private Universities

Abstract

In the context of the new era, this paper takes college students in private universities as the research object, starts with the identification of socialist core values, and combines Marxist value theory and socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of the development of new media and the impact of multiculturalism in the new era, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by college students’ socialist core values identity in the new era, and explores the reasons for the challenges facing college students’ socialist core values identity in the new era. In addition, this paper proposes strategies to cope with the challenges facing the socialist core values of college students in private universities in the new era.
