Abstract

Abstract Detection of picric acid (PA) is essential for public security, environment protection and human health. In this work, we have designed and synthesized a photostable fluorescent probe with aggregation-induced emission character enabling rapidly sensing PA in pure water. This probe showed high sensitivity and selectivity to PA with the limit of detection as 320 nM, and was also utilized as paper strips for PA detection.
