Abstract

We present a young male being treated as an idiopathic chronic kidney disease on dialysis for 10 years with splenomegaly. Further workup and retrospective historical details confirmed the diagnosis of autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease and coexisting Caroli’s syndrome. The case is being presented for its rarity and glitches encountered during its workup.
