Abstract

The feasibility of creating an ultra-wideband receiving antenna comprising a dipole loaded on an active element based on field-effect transistors is analyzed. The antenna is intended for registration of waveforms and measurement of instantaneous electric field strengths for electromagnetic radiation pulses of nanosecond and subnanosecond durations.
